If you have purchased from us Your account will have been moved to the new system and you will recieve an email with login instructions If you have only downloaded free products You will be required to register at the new website again as we have updated and changed the entire system, you will also have to open a new support ticket if you require further assistance with previously open tickets in the old system. After registering again you will see your brand new helpdesk section in your dashboard fully intergrated into your member account.
